Lexicomp Mobile App Instructions

If you have an existing Lexicomp account, please visit the "Renewing the Lexicomp App" page via this link: (NOTE: Your account must be registered with an INTEGRIS affiliated e-mail address)

First time account creation / First time app users (please read all instructions before beginning as some details must be kept in mind to proceed)
STEP 1 - Visit
     A: Add subscription to your account
     B: Click on the Create Account button to create your new Lexicomp account. Enter your registration information and click Create
. You must register with an INTEGRIS e-mail address. You will need this email and password again during Step 3 of these
         instructions to sign into your account on your phone.
     C: Click Log in now.
     D: Enter your Email Address and Password; click Log in.
     E: In the Subscriptions section, locate Add a Subscription by Code. If you do not see Add a Subscription by Code, click on "Have an
         authorization code? Add the subscription here"
Enter the Authorization Code; click Add Subscription. If you receive "The product code is not valid " message, please confirm the code was
         entered correctly and try again. You may also need to update your email address to your organizational email (you must create an account
         with an INTEGRIS e-mail). 
     G: You will receive an email with a 5-character PIN at your registered email address.
     H: Enter the PIN into the Verify PIN field; Click Verify. Click Finish.
STEP 2 - Install the Lexicomp Mobile App (both Apple device and Android device instructions are included below)
     a: On an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch mobile device: Tap on the App Store icon and search for Lexicomp.
     b: Select Lexicomp and tap Get or Free, then Install, or the small cloud with a downward arrow, and enter your iTunes password (if prompted)
          and tap OK.
     c: On an Android mobile device: Tap the Play Store icon and search for Lexicomp. Select Lexicomp and tap Install. When the warning
          appears, tap Accept.
     d: Open the Lexicomp app on your device. Please read the license agreement and tap Accept.
     e: Enter your email and password and tap Sign In. You will receive an Account Synced message. Tap OK to this message.
     f.  You must download the databases before you can begin accessing your subscription. Place check marks next to the databases you wish to
          install, or tap Select All and then tap Update.
     g: After the update is complete, tap the Menu button in the top right corner and tap Home. Select an icon to begin accessing your Lexicomp
         Mobile App subscription.



  • Access Lexicomp:
  • Scroll to the bottom of the Lexicomp screen, find and click "Mobile Access Codes" 
  • Select platform and the type of customer you are (if you have the Lexicomp app already, you are a "returning customer")
  • Copy the authorization code
  • Log into Lexicomp account management ( with your INTEGRIS e-mail and Lexicomp password
  • In the "Add a Subscription by Code" box, paste the authorization code and click "Add Subscription"
  • Lexicomp will email you a PIN number to your INTEGRIS e-mail
  • Copy and paste the PIN number in the Verify PIN box
  • Click "Verify" button and click "Finish" button
  • Check your app to see if it is updated - if not, it may need to be removed and reinstalled.
