Continuing Education Options

 ClinicalKey CME Information and Accreditation 

ClinicalKey offers its subscribers FREE Internet Point of Care CME credit for self-directed learning to improve or enhance professional practice and/or knowledge base at the point of care. CME credit is provided by the Elsevier Office of Continuing Medical Education (EOCME). The EOCME is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

 How to Earn CME Credits;

Identify a clinical question relevant to your professional practice.

Perform a search in ClinicalKey to answer your clinical question.

Access the most relevant book, journal, or Clinical Overview content, and your search will be automatically recorded as “Potential CME.”

 How to Claim CME Credits

When you are ready to claim your CME credit, click on the CME link, and filter by the time frame you would like to review.

Select the “Query” for which you would like to claim credit.

Review your Credit Details, answer the evaluation questions and click “Submit” to obtain AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.

Certificates can then be viewed and/or printed.

 Access Your CME Transcript

You may review your earned credits or print your certificates at any time.

If you earned credits on ClinicalKey prior to October 1, 2015, and would like to access your transcript, please visit the Cleveland Clinic myCME Portal and log in with the password Cleveland Clinic provided at your initial registration.
